Long time no post...
I have been a total lagger on updating this but have been surprisingly busy with some shoots. Recently, I have been working with SPY optics for a lifestyle shoot for their RX line, as well as a lot with San Diego's Competitor Group. In particular, photographer Nils Neilson has had me on set with he and his crew for some female Olympic Triathlete shoots. I got to shoot with Sarah Groff, Gwen Jorgenson and Angi Greene. I should be getting some images soon and will post them as they come. In addition to that I did a quick little USA triathlete qualifiers shoot with both male and female athletes. These individuals are so gnarley and work so hard, and it was a honor to be working with such dedicated people. I'll follow up with photos as soon as possible!

Making some new friends at Vi in La Jolla...
Today is the second day shooting at the Vi, senior living community in La Jolla,Ca. Working with Wonderful Machine (www.wonderfulmachine.com) and photographer Julien McRoberts has been great. The facility is like the Four Seasons, with every actuvity you could imagine and the nicest living quarters imaginable. I'm thinking of moving in... After all, I hve made some great new friends here. : ) My experience has been like no other photo shoot I've worked on. The residents are just wonderful. They have some of the most interesting stories to share and are ever so friendly, not to mention quite good models!

Triathlete Mag
Today I got to enjoy the beautiful California weather with triathalete Cait Snow. We shot her for the beginner issue of Triathlete Magazine in Mission Trails Regional Park. I finally got to work with photographer Damien Noble Andrews after not being able to find a cohesive schedule in the past and I am so glad I did. I feel that in this industry there a lot of very talented individuals but Damien not only had an incredible eye but he was so fun and great to work with. This whole group was in fact. Cait is an incredible athlete with an amazing personality to compliment her abilities and I hope that we can all shoot again in the future.

Double-Double
I had two separate shoots today. The first was with Dave Lauridsen for the AARP mag...ha The model wasn't elderly oddly enough. We were in and out...I think his drive from L.A to San Diego was probably the most trying part of it all.

Then the second shoot was with a great team of individuals. Photographer Justin L'Herueux, creative director/stylist Betania Kelly, and the mind behind the madness, Ginger Hill. We all were working with this cigar clip/holder company who is just about to launch their product as a whole. It's a pretty cool accessory for the cigar smoking connoisseur.

Chase Utley for Adidas
Today we had a shoot at Smashbox studios in LA for Adidas. Photographer Raphael Astroga shot Philadelphia Phillies second baseman, Chase Utley. This is the second time I have worked with RAF now and he makes it such a great experience. He knows exactly what he wants and is very focused, but is all jokes at the same time. There should be part two coming up with a different athlete in about two weeks that I look forward to. Hope to get edits soon... Here's a couple of cell phone photos in the meantime.
